The biggest challange for me is the complexity of issues and I like it the most when all the pieces fall together. It requires a lot of switching between activities, on the workfloor as in the office and that makes my work varsatile and incredibly challinging. "

I started as HR Manager at Twint in December 2022. The nice thing about my job is the variety. All the days are different. I alternate between the telephone, email for answering questions, maintain contact with our employees and customers. But I am responsible for the savety in the company as VGM official. My focus is on providing the best possible HR-service to our employees as well as recruiting and mentoring new talent. I am proud that I am part of this company
